At the top of the control console you will see a rudder indicator that shows how many degrees you have turned the rudder. The colors are like the side lanterns - red for port and green for starboard.
Below this you see the Compass which show True course.
Autopilot
See below.
Steering wheel (Rudder). Notice the small brown dot on the top of the Steering wheel. Now the Steering wheel is in middle position (midships).
To move the Steering wheel, point to it with the mouse cursor, hold down the left mouse button, and then move the mouse.
You can put the rudder to Midships by pressing the right mouse button on the Steering wheel.
Throttles. The throttles are connected so that there is really only one.
Point to them with the mouse cursor and hold down the left mouse button, and then move the mouse. You can read the speed below.
You can put the throttles to Stop by pressing the right mouse button on the throttles.
The module over the clock shows speed. To the right you see 2 buttons that you can use to increase or decrease speed more precisely. If you have a GPS connected, you can choose whether you want to see speed above ground. Or you can select a log that shows speed through the water. You select by using the button on the left. You see an active log as a green dot in the panel.
At the bottom you see a clock that shows the time from start or from a preset time of the day.
You can use mouse and Xbox Controller at the same time.

Press ON button
Now you can use the buttons to far right to adjust course.
Open the route dialog and upload the selected route.
Now you can press "Load Selected Route" button.
Then select start WP before pressing the Auto button.
The chosen start WP was 2, and we have passed it and are on our way to No. 3.
AUTOPILOT
The On / Off button is on the far left.
When you activate the autopilot it will be in Man (ual) mode and show the current course. Then you can adjust the course with the buttons to the right. The steering wheel is set in the middle position and locked. Turn off the autopilot to use the steering wheel.
Before pressing the "Load Selected Route" button, open the Route dialog in the map window and upload the route you are going to sail. When it appears on the map, press the "Load Selected Route" button.
Then select which WP to go to first (Go to WP ... - +).
(Must be in manual mode to change).
Bearing and distance to the WP you are sailing towards will be displayed (BRG to WP and Dist. WP).
Press the Auto button to activate the Autopilot
The boat will now set course for the selected start WP, and constantly update the bearing and distance to this WP. When it arrives, it switches to the next and shows bearing and distance to this WP.
In Automode you can correct for current and drift by using the buttons on the far right.
Press "Man." or "Auto" to switch between modes.
